The majority of Smart Metadata's product lifecycle was under my stay. I worked with all facets of Ingram to brainstorm, plan, and ultimately develop a prototype manual metadata improvement solution that would form the foundation of the product. From here my focus shifted into research, where I routinely vetted third-party software while looking for solutions to automating the metadata improvement process using natural language processing and other machine learning avenues.
